Charlie Heaton Opens Up About Working With Girlfriend Natalia Dyer On Stranger Things

The actor opened up about dating his Stranger Things co-star and on-screen love interest. As fans know, Charlie Heaton, who plays Jonathan Byers, and Natalia Dyer, who plays Nancy Wheeler on the popular Netflix series are not only romantically involved on screen but also in real life!

The two actors had been rumored to be dating for over a year when they finally made it red carpet official in December of 2017.

Charlie and Natalia appeared as a couple at the Fashion Awards at Royal Albert Hall in London at the time, confirming their relationship.

Now, the 25 year old British actor got candid about working together with his 22 years old American girlfriend during an interview for V Man magazine.

In the article published today, Charlie was asked if it is any easier to have Natalia on set with him or not.

‘Yeah, because there are times where you do get stressed. So to go home with somebody you work with and be able to say, ‘I think they hate me…’ They will say, ‘No they do not,’ he replied.

He went on to explain that ‘You can break the walls down with your partner. Because we do work in the same industry and we have had similar trajectories, we have gone through them together. Sharing that brings you closer. They understand something maybe no one else would.’

‘You go into high pressure situations together but you can share those insecurities or whatever they are. The great, happy times, too…Really f***ing sweet!’ the star added.
