“Their love is seriously put to the test in this movie. I hope after seeing the love between Jeremy and Melissa, the audience can sit there and think, ‘Wow, I hope that I can one day be in love like that.’ I mean that’s what I Still Believe is about: it’s about journeying through your biggest fears and disappointments and coming out still believing. I believe that anyone, everyone can relate to this film because it’s a story about love, loss, and hope,” Apa shared with People magazine.

Getting to showcase his musical chops was a dream come true for the actor. There are times his Riverdale character Archie gets to sing, but it is nothing like portraying a real-life Christian rock singer. Apa spent time in a Nashville music studio to ensure he got the sound down before the movie started filming.

The trailer is full of emotion, which means the film is going to make people laugh, cry, think, and leave moviegoers genuinely inspired. Seriously, watching the I Still Believe trailer will bring tears to even the coldest of hearts.

Apa and Robertson are on fire as a young Camp and Henning, who endure love, pain and share the incredible journey of two real-life people with fans.

Riverdale star KJ Apa takes on his most unexpected role to date in I Still Believe. The actor is outstanding as Christian rock singer Jeremy Camp. It is not only his fantastic vocals that will draw fans in but his heartbreaking portrayal of a young man losing the love of his life.

It is a far cry from Archie Andrews cementing the fact Apa is one talented 22-year-old. He is not just a pretty face with killer abs. The young man can sing and act like nobody’s business.
