The Bachelorette Rachel Lindsays Secret Relationship With NBA Player Kevin Durant Revealed!
Before she became The Bachelorette, Rachel Lindsay reportedly dated Kevin Durant in college. According to a new report via Us Weekly, the 32-year-old attorney from Dallas, Texas used to have a “serious relationship” with Golden State Warriors player when they both attended the University of Texas.
Sources told the magazine that Rachel Lindsay was the one to break things off with Kevin before she entered law school. She did well since she is now a lawyer. And, Kevin Durant isn’t doing so bad for himself, either. He will go on to play Game 3 of the NBA Finals this coming Wednesday.
It’s unclear how long Rachel Lindsay and Kevin Durant dated. Durant only spent a year at the university before he entered the 2007 NBA Draft and was the second one chosen by the SuperSonics. Neither Rachel Lindsay nor Kevin Durant seem broken up over their split. Rachel Lindsay is the new face of ABC’s love competition series.
She recently gushed that she’s “very much in love” and “very much engaged.” Though, she won’t reveal who she picked as her Season 13 winner on The Bachelorette. That will remain a secret until August. Rachel Lindsay is also confident that her and her man will stay strong as they live their lives separately until The Bachelorette ends.
As for Kevin Durant, he was previously engaged to WNBA star Monica Wright. According to a report via Ranker, he’s had his share of relationships, flings, and hookups, even though he’s attempted to keep his personal life private. Durant has been linked to Golden State Warriors reporter Rosalyn Gold-Onwude, model Jasmine Shine, model Ashley Champ, actress Crystal Renee, and model Chantel Jeffries.
It seems like most of these relationships happened during the span of 2014 to 2017. Durant appears to be a very busy guy. Not only does he juggle basketballs for a living, but he juggles relationships as well. His relationship with Rachel Lindsay seems to be the most serious one in his life.
Fans can watch Rachel Lindsay hand out roses on The Bachelorette on Monday nights on ABC. Meanwhile, Kevin Durant is three wins away from his first-ever NBA title after leading the Warriors to a Game 1 victory over the Cavaliers on Thursday night. The only one that seems to stand in Durant’s way is LeBron James and heckling from Rihanna. He’s also become butt of jokes from Cleveland Cavaliers players. It’s any wonder if they will use his history with Rachel Lindsay against him.
